No matter what holiday you are celebrating this season, focus on the gift of “presence,” not presents. Being with those you love and care about may be the most precious gift of all. It’s priceless! Happy Holidays! www.FYPCoachKaren.com

Being a mother (or father) comes with both its ups and downs. It’s the balance between both being kind and loving as well as firm and guiding. As our children develop and mature, the challenges and opportunities that come with parenting change. No longer does the little child want kisses on their boo-boos or help getting dressed, but may now express their embarrassment by being hugged in public or argue with you over what they think is in style to dress.
Sending love to those special mothers (and step-mothers) this Mother’s Day. May you continue to love, guide, and nurture your children no matter what age or what challenges there may be to overcome.
“Successful mothers are not the ones who have never struggled. They are the ones that never give up, despite the struggles.” ~ Sharon Jaynes
